Pranayama:

 

Prana; Sanskrit for “life force” and yama “to extend” is breathing exercises and  techniques that enhance and extend one’s vital life force energy. Pranayama cleans the blood and relieves many types of stress related disorders as well as improving autonomic functions and relieving the symptoms of asthma.  It enhances perception and intuition and develops strong will-power and a steady mind. When you control your breathing, you can control your mind, and when you control your mind, you can control your body. 

Kriya:

 

A kriya is a complete yogic exercise combining mantra and mudras in a precise order that focuses of specific results. It is a psychological method that decarbonates and recharges the blood with oxygen to rejuvenate the brain spinal centers to prevent and lessen the decay of the body tissue and magnify and recharge life force.

Meditation:

 

“What is meditation?  When you empty yourself and let the universe come in you.” ~ YB  “Meditation is nothing but taking a mental shower.” ~ YB. The sole cause of the seen is the unseen; nothing moves but mind.  We are not our minds. When our minds control us we are powerless. We must control our mind and the quickest and most direct way to do this is thru meditation. “Keep up and you will be kept up.” ~ YB. There is extensive research proving the mental and physical heath benefits of meditation. Try it for yourself to experience your own highest enlightenment and blessings manifested.
