ABOUT Bree Thompson

I love to bring out the best in people. I believe that the key to one's evolution of spirit and soul, is the union of mind and body.

My areas of specialty are weight loss, endurance training and positive self image. I combine yoga and pilates with cardiovascular, plyometrics and weight training. I bring awareness of the body and focus to the mind using important breathing and stretching techniques for a full mind-body workout in a challenging, yet enjoyable atmosphere.

I motivate and help people make their true home (their body) into the best place possible. I work in a safe, progressive and fun environment to achieve goals and improve the quality of lives. I am intuitive and well informed. A healthy body is a happy mind and a healthy mind is a happy body.

I have many fitness training certificates including AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer,  Certified Pilates Instructor, IKYTA Kundalini Yoga Teacher, AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Johnny G Certified Spinning Instructor, as well as AHA Certified AED and A+ CPR & First Aid. I teach water aerobics as well as specializing in pre and post natal and senior workouts.  I have a BA degree in Psychology from Occidental College.
